Plumeform vs TINYpulse

Plumeform vs TINYpulse.

TINYpulse is now part of WebMD Health Services: tinypulse.com redirects there, and the way in is a demo request, with no published price. If you are looking for a pulse survey with a price on the page, Plumeform is free for up to 100 responses a month and $15 a month for 10,000, with a minimum group size and eNPS over time.

Pick TINYpulse if

  • Your company already buys wellbeing programmes from WebMD Health Services and wants feedback in the same place.
  • You want peer recognition (Cheers for Peers) and an anonymous two-way conversation with employees, not only a survey.
  • You want action plans built with expert guidance after each survey.

Pick Plumeform if

  • Per-head pricing and annual contracts do not fit. A monthly pulse for up to 100 people fits in Free's 100 responses a month; Pro is $15 a month, or $12 billed yearly, for 10,000 responses, whatever your headcount, with no annual contract.
  • Answers should be anonymous, not just confidential. Respondents never sign in, no email is asked for unless you add the question, and a minimum group size (free) hides any result for fewer people than you choose: the whole survey until enough have answered, a filter to one team, a cross-tab group and every shared results link.
  • You want to write the survey yourself and use the same tool beyond HR: eNPS by week or month, cross-tabs, and the research question types for customer and market surveys too.
  • You want to start today without a demo: the price is on the page.

Common questions.

What happened to TINYpulse?
Limeade bought TINYpulse in 2021, and WebMD Health Services agreed to buy Limeade in 2023. Today tinypulse.com redirects to WebMD Health Services, which offers TINYpulse by demo request.
How does Plumeform keep answers anonymous?
Respondents never sign in and no email is collected unless you ask for one. Turn on the minimum group size and any summary of fewer people than you choose is hidden, including filters, cross-tab groups and shared results links. It hides summaries, not rows: the people in your workspace who can open individual responses and exports still can.
Can I reply to an anonymous comment in Plumeform?
No. Answers are anonymous and one-way. If a conversation with the person behind an anonymous comment matters to you, TINYpulse offers that.
