FOR EVENTS AND CONFERENCES
Ask while they are still there.
Share a short survey at the end of a session while the details are fresh. Attendees can scan a QR code and answer on their phones before they leave.
100 responses a month on Free. Pro is $15 a month. You can start without a credit card.
What you get
What you can do with Plumeform.
Built for a phone first
Show one question at a time with large answer options that work on a phone. Attendees do not need to sign in or install anything.
One survey, a link per session
Add a session parameter to each link or QR code. Responses from the same survey can then be compared by session in one export.
Results while the event is still on
Charts update as responses arrive. Check feedback between sessions and act on issues while the event is still running.
See where people stopped
Answers save at every page boundary, so when the next session interrupts somebody, the drop-off view shows where they stopped. Only completed responses reach the charts and exports.
BEFORE, DURING, AFTER
Collect feedback during the event.
01
Register
Collect who is coming and which sessions, and write the accessibility and dietary questions in now rather than remembering them the week before.
02
Ask in the room
Put a QR code on the closing slide and leave time for a few short questions.
03
Read it
Read the open comments, then export CSV (XLSX on Pro) to compare sessions on the same items for the report to sponsors.
No ticketing, no payments, no badges
Use a separate tool for ticket sales, registration payments and badge printing or scanning. A parameter on the survey link can carry a reference from that tool. Surveys use a plumeform.com address; custom domains are not available. Pro lets you add your logo, colors and background.
Founder-assisted pilot
Send me last year’s feedback form.
Send last year’s form or questions. I’ll recreate them in Plumeform and set up a link for each session so you can try it for this year’s event.
Plan the practical details
Written items on sessions, venue and what they would come back for.
The membership survey and the supporter survey that usually run beside it.
Estimate the length before you put the QR code on a slide.
