Who this is for
People teams and managers who want to keep good people before they start looking.
Before you send it
Run it while people are still deciding, not after they hand in notice. If managers will follow up in person, say so in the invitation; otherwise keep it anonymous, with the minimum group size at 5.

How to read the results
Read the reasons to stay as carefully as the risks: they tell you what not to break. Compare tenure groups only where each is large enough to show. Act on the themes, and tell people what changed because of what they said.
Preview your edited survey on desktop and mobile, run a small pilot, and review an export before inviting the full audience. Adding questions is optional: keep the ones that support your decision.
