For the people who showed up.

Members, donors, volunteers, and attendees answer in their own time, which changes the design: short, obviously worth their time, and asked while the experience is fresh. These templates cover membership needs, volunteer support, program outcomes, event registration, and event feedback.

What these share

What to consider before you send one.

Ask while the experience is fresh

Give attendees a QR code and time to answer before they leave. Note when and how you collected responses, since an in-room survey and a later email may reach different people.

Ask about needs you could actually meet

Ask about services or decisions you can act on. Explain what is open to change so people understand how their answers will be used.

Keep the ask and the thank-you apart

Keep feedback collection separate from donation requests. Plumeform does not accept payments, so use your existing fundraising tool for donations.
