How to read the results
Read task completion and difficulty by visit purpose. Look for repeated missing-information themes before redesigning navigation; a visitor who came for support needs a different path from a buyer.
Preview your edited survey on desktop and mobile, run a small pilot, and review an export before inviting the full audience. Adding questions is optional: keep the ones that support your decision.
Keep building your study
Learn why visitors are leaving, whether they completed their task, and what would help them continue.
Review course relevance, learning activities, and intended application with structured and written feedback.
Count the questions and reading load before confirming timing with a pilot.
