Status
All systems normal.
The last scheduled check reached the API and its database. The surveys, the dashboard and the results links run on the same function and the same database, so this is the check that matters.

One probe location checks the API route and its database connection every four minutes. This is not a guarantee of end-to-end availability from every region or of authenticated API-key requests.
What is being measured
A scheduled job calls GET /api/v1/status every four minutes from one location. The route answers 200 when the database answered it and 503 when it did not, and records the database round trip. Uptime is the share of checks that answered 200 in the window; a window is only labelled once its whole span has been recorded.
If something is wrong
- A survey that will not load while this page says normal is most likely closed, not yet open, or at its response cap: the page the respondent sees says which.
- Your own integration can poll
/api/v1/statuswithout a key (60 requests a minute) before deciding it is broken. - Write to hello@plumeform.com with the survey address and the time; a person reads it.
Details of the API itself are on the Results API page, and what is stored where on Security.
