Who this is for
Product and pricing teams exploring trade-offs across a fixed set of improvements.
Before you send it
Replace the improvement list and explain that points are hypothetical priorities, not a payment commitment. Keep the total at 100 unless you deliberately want another allocation task.

How to read the results
Compare average allocations with the share assigning zero to each option. Check segments and stated reasons: a high average can hide a small group with very strong needs.
Preview your edited survey on desktop and mobile, run a small pilot, and review an export before inviting the full audience. Adding questions is optional: keep the ones that support your decision.
Keep building your study
Collect four perceived price thresholds and purchasing context for an exploratory price-sensitivity study.
Collect paired reactions to the presence and absence of features, then explore use context and priorities.
Count the questions and reading load before confirming timing with a pilot.
