Fair questions
Do people need an account to answer my survey?+
No. Anyone with the link can answer. If you want to know who answered, add an email question to the survey. That stays your decision.
What happens if I go over the free limit?+
Nothing dramatic. Responses keep collecting for the rest of the day so you don't lose anything mid-survey, and you'll see an upgrade prompt. We never silently throw answers away.
Is anything important locked behind Pro?+
The basics are all free: 13 of 14 question types, both display modes, unlimited surveys, jump logic, CSV export. Pro buys volume, AI drafting, the research pack (question timers, attention checks, randomization, screening and quotas), branding removal, show/hide logic and piping, custom theming, file uploads, XLSX and webhooks.
Can I edit a survey that's already collecting answers?+
Yes. Publishing saves a frozen copy, and each response remembers which copy it answered. So you can reword or reorder questions whenever, and the answers you already have still make sense.
Can I get my data out?+
Always. CSV on the free plan, XLSX and webhooks on Pro. If you ever leave, export everything first. It's your data, not ours.
