Using Plumeform means agreeing to these terms. They're short on purpose; where they're silent, common sense and applicable law fill the gap.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect a breach. You must be able to form a contract (an adult, or a minor with permission) to hold an account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content stays yours

Surveys you build and responses you collect are your content. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you and your respondents — that's the product working, not us claiming your data. Export everything at any time (CSV free, XLSX on Pro); if you leave, take it with you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Plumeform to:

collect data illegally, or without the consents your jurisdiction and institution require;
phish, impersonate, spam, harass, or distribute malware;
collect data from children where that requires parental consent you don't have;
probe, overload, or work around the service's security and rate limits;
resell the service itself as your own.

You are the data controller for your surveys: consent screens, ethics approvals, and lawful handling of respondent data are your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that put respondents or the platform at risk, with notice when practical.

Plans and billing

Free is genuinely free (250 responses/month). Pro bills through Stripe monthly or annually, renews automatically, and can be cancelled any time from the billing portal — you keep Pro until the period ends, then drop to Free with your data intact. Limits and prices are listed on the pricing page; if we ever change them, changes apply from your next renewal, not retroactively.

The service, honestly

We work to keep Plumeform fast, correct, and available, and we back data with the safeguards described in the privacy policy. But it's provided “as is”: no uptime guarantee, no warranty that it fits a particular purpose, and AI features (drafting, translation, summaries) can be wrong — review their output before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we're never liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like — export first; deletion is permanent. We can terminate accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give account holders reasonable notice and time to export.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms get a new date here and an email to account holders. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: hello@plumeform.com.
