How this tool works
Each row describes one person's reaction to one feature being present and absent, in that order. Use the documented five response codes. The tool maps the pair to Attractive, Performance, Must-have, Indifferent, Reverse or Questionable using the Kano classification table.
For example, 1,3 (Like when present, Neutral when absent) is Attractive; 2,5 (Expect when present, Dislike when absent) is Must-have. The fictional dataset has two Attractive pairs and one each of Performance, Must-have and Indifferent. Its satisfaction coefficient is 0.6 and dissatisfaction coefficient is −0.4.
Coefficients use Attractive, Performance, Must-have and Indifferent pairs only. Reverse and Questionable counts remain visible. Non-integer or out-of-range codes are invalid. Tied most-frequent categories are shown together. Analyze different features separately and describe your recruitment method.
