Start with a template and reuse your questions

Preview a starting survey, open it in the builder, and distinguish survey templates from your workspace’s saved questions.

Pick a starting survey

Open Templates in the dashboard. Search by goal, audience, question, or answer, then narrow the category or change the sort order. Each card includes a working preview: you can answer and scroll inside it, or expand it for more room. These previews do not collect real responses.

The badges identify features such as branching and other logic examples. Choose a template to create a survey and open it in the builder. Review its questions, choices, rules, and endings before adapting it to your audience.

Make the draft yours

A survey template supplies starting content. The layout and theme in the builder control its appearance separately. Changing colors does not change the question logic; editing choices may require you to update rules that refer to them.

Check contact details, consent wording, stories, images, and fine print before publishing. Run through every route after changing a template with branching. You can preview Pro features on Free; publishing explains any plan requirements.

Reuse questions from your library

Use Library for questions your workspace wants to reuse, such as a standard feedback scale or demographic question. Insert a saved question into a draft, then check its wording and options in context.

A copied question is part of the new survey document. Review its logic, scoring, and placement rather than assuming it brings an entire study design with it. Deleting a library item removes it from the library; it does not remove questions already copied into surveys.
