FOR NONPROFITS AND FUNDED PROGRAMMES
Survey results for your next grant report.
Collect baseline and follow-up questionnaires for your program, then document how the results were collected. Free includes 100 responses a month. Pro adds linked studies and reporting tools for $15 a month.
100 responses a month on Free. Pro is $15 a month. You can start without a credit card.
What you get
What you can do with Plumeform.
Link baseline and follow-up
Group waves into a study and pass the same opaque participant ID into each survey. The linked export gives each person one row, with separate columns for each wave.
Document your methods
Generate a methods summary of your collection details and quality rules, and include it in a methods appendix so a reviewer can see how you collected the data. Export your results as CSV, or on Pro as XLSX with a codebook of the question wording.
Quality flags a reviewer can check
Timing, speeder and straight-lining signals stay attached to the responses. Excluding rows is defensible when the rule was written down first and the flags are in the file.
Free covers a small programme
Free includes 100 responses a month, unlimited surveys and CSV export, with no credit card or time limit. Pro is $15 a month when you need more responses or its research features.
FROM BASELINE TO REPORT
Keep the method with the results.
01
Baseline before you start
Choose a participant ID before the first wave and reuse it in later surveys. Without a shared ID, you may not be able to match follow-up responses to the baseline.
02
Follow up, allowing for attrition
If the final wave needs 200 people and you keep four in five at each of two follow-ups, the baseline needs about 313: 200 ÷ (0.8 × 0.8), rounded up. Write the retention assumption into your plan so it stays visible.
03
Report with the margin attached
Report the uncertainty around a percentage or change, alongside the sample size. Small samples may not support a firm conclusion.
What the platform covers
Plumeform collects and analyzes questionnaires. It does not manage beneficiary records, service histories, donations or payments. Studies and linked exports require Pro. You can use a shared ID to join an export to your case records; there is no case-management integration.
Founder-assisted pilot
Send me the reporting framework your funder handed you.
Send the required indicators, logic model, or questionnaire. I’ll build baseline and follow-up surveys with the participant ID set up across waves, so you can try the linked export with your own questions.
Plan the practical details
Keep the same participant ID across waves and export the linked table.
Written items on needs, access and priorities, ready to adapt to your area.
Why they gave, what they want to hear about, and how often.
