What these share

What to consider before you send one.

Keep trackers consistent

Keep sampling, wording and question order consistent across tracking waves. Document any changes so readers can judge whether they affected the results.

Stated price is not willingness to pay

Van Westendorp and constant-sum questions describe stated price perceptions and priorities. Use the findings to plan further testing before setting a price.

Segments have to be reachable

If you need to reach the segments later, choose variables you can identify outside the survey. Check which fields are available before designing the questionnaire.
