Make the answers readable.

Turn survey responses into a report your team can use. Choose the questions, narrow the audience, and add the context a chart cannot explain on its own.

Filter the sample by product usage

Prepare the report

Choose the audience

Set date bounds and an answer filter in the Report tab. If you add a baseline period, the same answer filter applies to both groups. The report uses the current published survey version.

Explain what matters

Select the charts to include, write a summary, and add notes beneath individual questions. Explain who answered and what you plan to do next. Differences between periods are descriptive, not a significance test.

Share the right detail

The shared results link shows aggregate charts, your summary and chart notes. Written answers and individual records stay out of the public report. Treat the link as accessible to anyone who has it.

Go beyond a total

Use the analysis your questions call for.

The dashboard includes question summaries, response-quality signals and analysis tools. Configured Kano pairs and Van Westendorp questions get method-specific reports. Supported, unchanged scale-library batteries get their standard scores.

Research-method analysis lives in the Analysis tab. Shareable reports contain the selected question summaries; they do not automatically include every dashboard analysis.
