Ask while they're there.

Embed a survey in your website or web app. Ask about the article, purchase or task people just finished, while the details are still fresh.

Embeds are included on every plan. Start with 100 responses a month, free.

Three ways to ask

Give the question a place on your page.

Use an inline survey when feedback belongs in the flow. Open a popup from a button, or leave a floating launcher available whenever someone has something to say.

Your survey keeps its questions, branching and chosen design. Responses arrive in the same Plumeform results view as responses from a direct link.

Start with website feedback

Put a question alongside the article, task or checkout people just used.

A little room to think.

Keep one afternoon free of meetings. Leave time to read, finish a thought, or work through a problem with someone.

<script async src="https://plumeform.com/embed.js"></script>

Replace your-survey-slug with your published survey's slug. Load the script once per page.

Ask at the right moment

After checkout. On a help page. When a task ends.

Target a page path, wait for an event from your app, or match a local audience attribute. Set a sample percentage and cooldown so repeat visitors are not prompted on every visit.

A help article

Show a short usefulness question on /help pages after a reading delay. Include a route back to support for people who need an answer.

A completed task

Have your web app send a named event after the task succeeds. Ask what got in the way without interrupting the task itself.

Automatic targeting uses browser storage for sampling and cooldowns. Audience attributes stay on the host page. Load the widget after consent when your site requires it; cleared storage or another browser resets the targeting history.

From page to results

Send a sample. Watch the totals change.

Put it on your site

  1. Build your survey and publish the version you want people to answer.
  2. Open Share → Embed. Choose inline, popup, launcher or a plain iframe and copy the snippet.
  3. Paste it into your site's custom HTML area. Test it on a phone and complete a test response before inviting visitors.

A few practical details

Will it work with my website builder?

Your site must allow custom HTML and either scripts or iframes. Use the plain iframe option if scripts are stripped. Site security policies may also need to allow plumeform.com.

Can I use it in a mobile app?

The widget is for websites and web apps. A native app can open the survey link in a browser; Plumeform does not provide a native iOS or Android SDK.

What happens to longer surveys?

The scripted inline embed adjusts its height as the survey changes. A plain iframe has a fixed height. Popups and drawers use the full screen on small phones.
