FOR TEACHING AND COURSE EVALUATION
Course feedback you can use this term.
Ask for feedback mid-term while there is time to make changes, or collect an end-of-term evaluation for your records. Keep the survey short and easy to answer on a phone.
100 responses a month on Free. Pro is $15 a month. You can start without a credit card.
What you get
What you can do with Plumeform.
No student sign-in required
Students can answer without signing in. The survey page runs no analytics or ad trackers and does not automatically collect email addresses.
One survey, one link per section
Add a parameter to the link you give each section or each instructor and it is recorded with every response. One instrument, one export, and a column that says which class an answer came from.
Mid-term and end-of-term, comparable
Keep the questions and scales consistent between rounds. Changes to the wording can affect how students answer.
Read the written feedback
Read or export every written answer. On Pro, an AI summary groups recurring themes to help you decide where to start.
THROUGHOUT THE TERM
Set up feedback for each class.
01
Set it up once
Write the items on one scale, add the open comment, and generate a link per section. Preview it at phone width before the first class sees it.
02
Collect in class
Give them the link or a QR code on a slide and two minutes. Answers save at every page boundary, so when a student closes the tab early you can see where they stopped.
03
Report
Read the distribution per item, then export CSV (XLSX on Pro) to compare sections and for the department file. Small sections have wide margins: the margin of error tool says how wide.
There is no LMS integration
Plumeform does not integrate with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle or Brightspace. It does not sync rosters, remind students who have not responded, or write to a grade book. You can add a course or section parameter to a survey link and capture it with each response.
Founder-assisted pilot
Send me the evaluation form your department already uses.
Send a PDF, Word document, or the questions in an email. I’ll rebuild the form with your wording and scales, and set up a link for each section.
Plan the practical details
Written items on teaching, workload and materials, with open comments at the end.
Templates for employee engagement, exit interviews, and course evaluations.
Check for long sentences, questions that ask two things at once, and vague wording.
